Outstanding service! Just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful staff at Blooms for my daughter's ear piercing experience. Emily and Akira were so professional, patient and caring throughout the entire process which really made the whole experience such a positive one. They also provided excellent aftercare advice and information. Highly recommend them as the place to go for piercings, especially your child's first.

We had a fantastic experience at Blooms Pharmacy Erina when my daughter had her ears pierced. Emily was incredibly professional, calm and gentle throughout the whole process. She took her time to explain everything clearly, especially the aftercare, which made my daughter feel comfortable and confident. It’s reassuring to know you’re in good hands, and we certainly felt that here. Highly recommend Blooms Erina for ear piercing — we couldn’t have asked for better service!

Thanks Blooms for awesome second ear piercing. Emily and Zoe did great job of explaining process as well as accurately ensuring aligned piercings. Great job 👏 Blooms also did my daughter’s first piercing and they were great with her again accurate piercing in the right spots. On both occasions they pieced at same time which makes it so much better.

I have been a dedicated and loyal Customer of Blooms Erina, for over 13 years. The genuine, knowledgeable and professional service from their Pharmacists and Team is exemplary and first class. I especially love Luke, and the personal advice and help, he always gives, and nothing is ever a problem. I wouldn’t waste my time, or money, going to any other Chemist at Erina Fair, and they will always price match. Win win l say!

I have been a customer of Blooms Erina ever since we moved to the coast from Sydney. As an older couple we do have a number of medical needs and have to visit them from time to time either for vaccinations or for medications. The team as a whole is consistent in terms of their friendliness and helpful approach. They are excellent with providing advice on medications and have a ‘problem solving’ approach. I feel that I can count on them in times of need when things have to happen urgently.. it matters a lot.
