I have been a customer of Blooms Erina ever since we moved to the coast from Sydney. As an older couple we do have a number of medical needs and have to visit them from time to time either for vaccinations or for medications. The team as a whole is consistent in terms of their friendliness and helpful approach. They are excellent with providing advice on medications and have a ‘problem solving’ approach. I feel that I can count on them in times of need when things have to happen urgently.. it matters a lot.
After working in pharmacy for a number of years myself I have always found Blooms Erina to be a really friendly store. Every Pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with has been extremely helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a pharmacy with continuity of care and service I can highly recommend Blooms Erina Fair.
Blooms at Erina Fair has been my favourite pharmacy since they moved into their new store. Luke and the team are very obliging and always help from prescriptions to everyday products. Every question is answered with respect and education. They also treat each customer with respect. This is not a pharmacy that some have become, there to get you and out. Blooms at Erina make you feel like family.
Staff are always attentive , pleasant and eager to assist. Nothing is a problem. The chemists are very helpful with any questions you might have about your medication etc . Great variety of health related products as well. Highly recommend.
I love the personal service at Blooms Erina. I always get welcomed by name and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are always easy to talk to and so knowledgeable about questions about medications. Friendly personal service is so hard to find these days but that’s what you get at Blooms Erina…thank you 🌸
