I got my seconds pierced here this morning, walked in and got them done straight away with no wait. Really professional and nice staff. A lovely girl called Emily talked me through the process and everything, I think she was a trainee pharmacist but she was amazing and she took her time for high quality results. The pricing was also great ($45). Super happy with everything! x
The staff are lovely, but the new premises is too small. You can stand around for 20 minutes waiting to be served. And people cram into the store trying to get their medications etc and it's just too small to facilitate the volume of people. We were waiting for a flu injection and had to go back and forth from one side of the counter to another because the staff couldn't access the computer, then we had to join the queue of people waiting for scripts, it was just a mess. I Had my Flu Vaccination today which was a very easy painless process due to the kind caring staff and the Pharmacist who administered the Vaccine who checked for any questions l had and explained the procedure with clear information.Thankyou.
I took my daughter at the weekend to get her ears pierced and the staff were outstanding. They were gentle and kind whilst being informative and clear about the process. Highly recommend their service.
New location in Erina Fair, new staff. No familiar faces from the previous store. I visited the new store on a weekday, phoned ahead to avoid waiting as I was time spare.The whole experience from there was very ordinary. Script wasn't ready when I arrived, then I was given the wrong form of the medication for my pooch which wasn't noticed until I opened the bag at home.
